A Lil 'bout Me

I have to say, back in high school, I chose cosmetology for my vocational program due to an innate desire to make people feel good. 

My core desire still has not changed 27 years later. However, my journey has changed me a bit! I am still a work in progress, but aren't we all?

"Pick JUST ONE thing" is the one piece of amazing advice the most difficult for me to adhere. 

I am a unique, eclectic individual who has been on a personal journey of healing since my chronic issues started more than 25 years ago. I will be sharing a few of those personal details in my blog, so subscribe today and stay tuned!

In my experience, progress over perfection, and consistent action over results are more valuable to focus on while working on the self, and in most areas of life.
